We process refunds only for prepaid shipping charges under specific conditions: 1) If we fail to collect your shipment, or 2) If the carrier is unable to deliver and returns the goods to our station. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of shipment creation.

Please note: All shipping-related expenses already incurred (e.g., pickup, handling, return freight) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs to our station are the customer’s responsibility.

To initiate a refund, contact us with your waybill number. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
