Pickup and Delivery
1. Self-Pickup: Upon arrival at the destination, the consignee must present valid ID and the waybill number to collect the goods.
2. Door-to-Door Delivery: Available only in select areas. Please confirm in advance whether your address falls within the delivery coverage zone.
3. If the consignee fails to collect the goods promptly, storage fees will be charged daily after 3 days.
Damaged or Lost Goods Handling
1. Inspect goods upon delivery. Note any damage or missing items on the waybill and contact customer service immediately.
2. Failure to inspect and sign for goods on-site constitutes acceptance of goods in good condition.
3. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.).
